Wedding Cakes
Terms and conditions for Wedding cakes:
1) Ingredients:
1.1) There may gluten and traces of nuts in the ingredients used. We will therefore not be held responsible for any problems which may arise. The client is responsible for notifying all persons consuming the cake.
2) Deposits:
2.1) We require a £50 deposit on placement of each order, which is non refundable.
3) Final payments:
3.1) The outstanding balance must be paid by either cash or cheque, six weeks before the collection or delivery date.
4) Designs:
4.1) Any designs and information provided by the Client to “Its not just a cake!”, will not infringe the rights of any third party, and the Client will be responsible for any losses, damages, costs, expenses or other claims arising from any such infringement.
4.2) All rights in any designs conceived by “Its not just a cake!”, shall remain the exclusive property of “Its not just a cake!”, and the Client will acknowledge that “Its not just a cake!” may reproduce images and/or designs without any reference to the Client.
5) Liabilities:
5.1) The Client shall be solely responsible for any damage to any product which occurs, when the cake has been collected by either the Client or the Clients representative(s).
5.2) If the Client has requested “Its not just a cake!” to deliver or set up the cake, “Its not just a cake!” will not be held responsible for any damages caused/occurring after delivery and/or completion of set up.
5.3) The Client shall be solely responsible for the removal of any inedible decorations from the cake prior to being consumed.
6) Delivery:
6.1) If the Client requests the cake to be delivered, a £1.00 per mile fee to the required destination will be charged for the first 50miles. For distances greater than 50miles we will charge 50p thereafter.

Terms and conditions for other celebration cakes:
1) Ingredients:

2.1) We require a minimum £20 deposit on placement of each order, this figure will increase in due course depending on order. This deposit is non refundable.
3) Final payments:
